@Ask_Spectrum modem is on and connected to power. Troubleshooted everything, router will not turn on nor will it connect to WiFi. This service is trash and the customer service is just as bad. Keep raising the prices and not giving your customers what they are paying for

@Ask_Spectrum You have a contractor working on our road digging and installing fiber. They have cut our phone lines twice. AT&T marked all their lines and your contractor totally ignored the orange paint and orange flags. The crew conveniently doesn't speak English. I need help.
