@spectrum I can’t believe o haven’t had internet for 5 days. I call Spectrum every day , they are very nice but everyday someone has an order to come fix the problem that is not inside my house, but they never show up. It’s frustrating!

@Boeing74 @Ask_Spectrum Sling is a good affordable service for that. I pay for a month of it when Disney does a special i need to see.

@Spectrum after 5 days , finally someone today was able to identify the problem with my internet service . It only took 30 minutes to repair . I am grateful to the technical support person who took my call today and the maintenance person who came today !

never came back on so I called back to let my feelings be known. It turns out there’s an outage in my area. The customer service rep who KNEW I was furious informed me that the reason that my Internet is so expensive is because “Spectrum didn’t force you to be a customer. We (4)

@Ask_Spectrum Not going to help. I’ve been on the phone off and on since 2 and no one seems to have any suggestion other than the reset button. And a tech can’t get here until tomorrow. Really good for someone who’s job depends on a home internet connection.

@GetSpectrum I have my own modem with a built in router. I am on day 5 of no internet/call 6. I had to wait until today for someone to come “install it” after telling them repeatedly I can activate it myself. Rep came and called # to activate. Internet still does NOT work. Help!

@GetSpectrum it might be a good idea to having technicians fixing service outages more than half of the day. It might also help to monitor service outages and not wait for a certain number of people to “report” problems before doing anything...

In the contract I got with Comcast while I was paying for GB internet if it wasn't less than 500 mbps they didn't need to fix it and force you to sign for a year...

@Ask_Spectrum At present, one phone number transfer can’t be done because the number was entered incorrectly on your end, and the other is stuck in limbo because the line already transferred over from the other service but will not finish activating on Spectrum’s end
