When Fiona Cook (Serena Scott Thomas) surprised Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) at the double wedding, Theresa was forced to admit to changing the letter naming Dandy Xandy as the heir to the Kiriakis empire. Theresa’s new husband, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Thomas), was led to believe that he was Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) secret son for almost a year.

Theresa Donovan’s forgery plan with the late Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) ruined Alex’s relationship with his real dad, Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth). But that seemed like nothing but small collateral damage for the gold-digging, Xander-hating Theresa.
