🌟 Meet Kalin, our young hero! 🌟After undergoing two brain surgeries and spending time in the HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital PICU, nine-year-old Kalin has not only recovered but also found a beautiful way to give back. Inspired by the kindness of our nurses who played games and brought him toys, Kalin hosted a lemonade stand to raise money for toys to donate to kids who have an extended stay in the Pediatric unit.His heartwarming effort touched many in our community, resulting in a wonderful collection of toys that Kalin proudly delivered to our Leadership and PICU team. 🧸🎁Kalin's story is a reminder of the power of kindness and the incredible impact when healthcare workers care like family.
