The liquid-cooled 4-stroke 443cc engine produces strong yet approachable power. The power delivery is responsive and controllable, with smooth torque from low rpm that steadily builds power through the entire rev range, for excellent all-around performance, and a high fun factor, that works well in a wide range of situations.

Equipped with a CVT transmission offering smooth acceleration and direct engine control, the all-new Brute Force® 450 4x4 ATV features low, high, neutral, and reverse gears for versatile maneuvering. Seamless transitions from low to high speeds enhance controllability, making it easily accessible for a wide range of ATV riders.

The CVT engagement provides confident downhill engine braking, helping to ensure smoother descents and greater control even on challenging declines.

Accessible via a button switch on the right side of the handlebar, the electrically selectable 2WD/4WD system allows for easy changing between drive systems, adapting seamlessly to suit changing terrain and applications. The integrated dial switch allows for convenient engagement or disengagement of the front differential lock when in 4WD, enhancing traction and control.

Combined with optimized springs and damping tuning, this 4-wheel independent suspension system not only delivers solid handling but also offers high ground clearance to navigate obstacles, ensuring a comfortable ride even on tough terrain. Engineered with smooth initial actuation and progressive characteristics, the springs maintain firmness even under high loads, contributing to performance and control.

Twin 202mm hydraulic disc brakes at the front are complemented by a single 202mm disc brake at the rear to deliver progressive braking with excellent feel, controllability, and performance for a wide variety of riding situations, adding to peace of mind.

Front and rear cargo racks have a pipe diameter of 22.2mm, giving them excellent load-bearing capacity to carry cargo for work and play. The front cargo rack can handle 75 lbs and the rear can support 150 lbs.
